1. Our Policy for Digital Products
ReadyPrintLab sells digital products (PDF coloring books) delivered instantly. Once a digital download has been accessed or the PDF file has been delivered to your email, it is considered "used" and generally cannot be refunded under standard consumer protection laws.
2. When We Offer a Refund
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You did not receive the download links by email (check your spam folder first — it may take a few minutes)
- The PDF file is corrupted or does not open, and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours
- You accidentally purchased the same book twice (we'll issue a refund for the duplicate)
3. When We Cannot Refund
- You downloaded or accessed the PDF file
- More than 14 days have passed since your purchase
- Your PayPal account used an unauthorized payment method
4. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your PayPal transaction ID and the email used at checkout. We'll review and respond within 24 hours.
5. Print Materials
If we ever offer physical printed products in the future, printed coloring books can be returned unopened within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
